GENERAL
I have the right to refuse a commissionAll commissioned works are for personal and non-commercial use onlyIncomplete or incorrect information in the commission form will result in your order being disregarded.PAYMENT
Full payment or a 50% down payment must be given before I begin the illustration.Payments are accepted via Gcash or Paypal only.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations can only be made before payment. No refunds will be issued unless:-> I, as the artist, am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
-> The client fails to comply with payment terms, follow proper procedures, or becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days.DEADLINE
Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.Deadlines vary depending on the complexity of the piece. For instance, colored sketches could take approximately 1 week while fully rendered illustrations could take around 1-3 weeks.Any delays due to unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.REVISIONS
Throughout the commission period, you will be provided with WIP (Work-In-Progress) stages and may request revisions or changes during this time.Once the final illustration is fully rendered, further revisions will require an additional fee.CONFIDENTIALITY
Any personal information exchanged will be kept strictly confidential between both parties.CREDIT AND PROMOTION
As the artist, I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio and to share it on my social media unless the client requests otherwise.Clients must give proper credentials when sharing the artwork and must not claim the artwork as their own. Reprinting, redistributing, or selling of the artwork is prohibited.If you intend to use the artwork commercially, a discussion and separate agreement is required beforehand.∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

How to order?
1.) Before placing an order please make sure to carefully read and review the Terms of Service (TOS) and review the price list. Use the provided order form and complete all required fields. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in your order being disregarded.Once your request has been confirmed, we can proceed to discuss further commission details.2.) Be specific and provide visual references. (Poses, outfits, color palette, The more references you provide, the better the result.3.) Payment is required before I begin your commission. You may choose to pay 100% upfront or pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after your approval of the illustration sketch.4.) During the commission process, you will receive updates at key stages: the rough sketch and the lineart & flat coloring. At these work-in-progress (WIP) stages, you may request up to three major revisions. Once the final detailed rendering begins, no further major changes can be made.Any additional changes beyond that will incur an extra free5.)
